## Version 0.0.55

### Bugfixes

#### Send gating while assistant is streaming

The modal send button, trigger send button, and suggestion chips are now disabled while the assistant is mid-response. Additional user messages sent during a stream weren't being incorporated into the in-flight reply, so the SDK now blocks the send action until streaming completes. Typing remains enabled so users can prepare their next message.

#### Verification phone region select

Reset the success state when the user switches between phone and email verification, and narrowed the phone region (country code) select on desktop. The select now uses 56px width with `text-overflow: ellipsis`, addressing a layout regression where the select was disproportionately wide compared to the adjacent email field.

#### Hide raw artifact tag bodies

Raw artifact tag content is now hidden from the inline message bubble during streaming. The previous behavior briefly exposed JSON to users mid-stream.

#### Auth refresh gating

`isAuthenticated` is gated on a live WebSocket connection, and authentication state is cleared on refresh failure. Previously, stale auth state could persist after a failed refresh.

#### Scheduling progress artifact

The agent can now emit a `scheduling_progress` artifact during multi-step flows. The SDK renders it as a pinned progress bar at the top of the chat modal and hides the tag from inline messages. `VanillaChatPromptSuggestion` now supports an `emphasis: "primary"` flag that renders a chip as a solid, conspicuous call-to-action.
